This monthly subscription will ship every month until it's paused or canceled. It will automatically renew monthly and charge the card inputted at the checkout.

We offer free shipping on all boxes but please check the shipping overview tab below for information on when your order will ship.

    We ship our Classic, Signature, and Build Your Own Boxes every Monday! This ensures the cheese arrives without spending time in a shipper warehouse over the weekend. Please note that orders
    • placed on Sunday night by 11:59 pm will ship on Monday/Tuesday. Orders placed after Sunday night at 11:59 pm, however, will ship seven days later on the following Monday.
    • All orders qualify for free shipping.

      OUR JANUARY CHEESE SELECTION

      CREMONT

      Cremont (a play on the words cream and Vermont) is a mixed milk cheese which combines fresh Vermont goat's milk and Vermont cream. It's hand-crafted at Vermont Creamery and has an incredible decadent texture; it's almost silky. Cremont has a beautiful wrinkly rind, which encases the rich paste. Its flavor has hints of hay, hazelnut, and mushrooms, with a slight tang that is balanced by a milky sweetness. Cremont is an award-winning cheese, winning gold, at the 2011 World Cheese awards, and 1st place at the 2011 U.S. Championship Cheese awards.

      APPALACHIAN

      Owned by the Feete Family, Meadow Creek Dairy is in the mountains of southwest Virginia. At an elevation of 2,800 feet, the clean water, clean air, and deep soils produce an ideal environment for growing diverse, rich pastures. Pasture quality equates to superior cheese, so Appalachian is handcrafted using the raw milk from their herd of Jersey cows and is only produced when the cows are on pasture, making it a seasonal cheese. This French tomme inspired cheese has a supple, pliable texture and flavors of butter, cream, and lemons. Appalachian is a great melter and will elevate any dish you make.

      LANCASHIRE

      Kirkham's Lancashire is the world's last farm-made, raw milk Lancashire cheese being produced in Lancashire, England. Since 1978 the Kirkhams have made cheese on their farm and now three generations later Kirkham son Graham, has taken the reigns. The milk comes from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows. Lancashire has an incredible texture. It is crumbly but still moist and is best eaten in chunks. Its flavors are lemony, yogurty and bright. Our wheels are selected just for us by Neal's Yard Dairy in London.
